This monitor is just cheap quality. The static is horrific. You can't go anywhere with this item without the static overwhelming the sound. It was a baby shower gift and didn't get a gift receipt with it, otherwise I would have taken it back. Will be purchasing a different monitor, and instead of giving this headache to anyone else, I'm just going to throw it away. DON'T BUY
I live a small house. Thought this would be perfect (doesnt have to go long distance, No interferance). This is horrible. Some nights its perfect. Cristal clear sound i can hear when baby rolls over! Then the next night (most nights) i have not moved it or anything else and there is tons of static. If I hold it the static goes away. I HATE IT Will be getting a new one very soon and throwing this away. Its not even worth handing it off to someone else.
